She joined the agency in 1996 and has 17 years of experience working in the field of mental health, mental retardation, domestic violence, teen dating violence, and substance abuse prevention and intervention. Michelle graduated from Texas A&M University (College Station, Texas) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and from St. Mary’s University with a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of the Incarnate Word pursuing a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Organizational
Leadership. She is a member of the Cambridge Who’s Who among Executives, Professionals & Entrepreneurs.
