♦Making the Most of Counseling: To make the most of counseling we encourage you to attend consistently. Active participation in counseling on a regular basis frequently produces the best long-term changes.
♦Important Notices: We make every effort to see clients at scheduled appointment times. Emergencies occur from time-to-time. When emergencies occur these situations are triaged and have urgency over scheduled appointments. Your scheduled appointment may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled without notice due to an emergency with another client. This process is similar to an emergency room where patients are seen on the basis of medical urgency and not in the order of arrival. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while at our facility.
We have 15 business days to respond to a request for a copy of a record. All records are sent by certified mail. You cannot pick up the copy from our office.
